Paid Social Lead

Not all brands are built the same. Some follow trends. Some chase attention. And then there are the ones that quietly set the standard &everyone else scrambles to catch up. This is one of those.

The culture

We’re working with a seriously established (but deliberately low-profile) property developer that’s been reshaping how people live, connect and experience space for years. They don’t just build buildings, they build worlds. The kind of places people talk about, remember, and don’t really want to leave.

And the same thinking runs through the business itself. Walk into their head office and it hits you instantly as it isn’t corporate, it’s curated. More five-star hotel than workplace. Light, space, detail, atmosphere, everything engineered to make people feel their best and do their best work. It’s a place where high performance doesn’t come from pressure - it comes from environment, expectation and ambition.

What you'll do

You'll take full ownership of a global acquisition engine. Not someone who just “runs ads”… someone who obsesses over them. Someone who tests when others settle, scales when others hesitate, and spots patterns before they become obvious. This is hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up performance marketing at its sharpest, driving high-quality student acquisition across international markets, turning insight into action and action into results.

You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and creativity, working alongside a genuinely standout marketing and creative team. Ideas matter here. So does execution. You’ll shape campaigns from the ground up, refine them in real time, and constantly push for better.

We’re looking for

Someone with edge, curiosity & a bit of fire. Someone who takes ownership without being asked, who questions everything, who cares about the detail but never loses sight of the bigger picture.

You’ve done this before, properly. You know paid social inside out, you’re confident across Meta and TikTok, you understand how to generate and scale leads, and you’re comfortable living in the numbers while shaping the creative that drives them.

What you get in return isn’t just a job, it’s trajectory. This is a business with history, but more importantly, momentum. They invest in people properly - development, progression, exposure & the kind of place where careers don’t stall, they accelerate.

On offer

The package sits at £42-45k, with a blend of office and a touch of flexibility. Truthfully, it’s the kind of place you won’t be rushing to leave. Expect chef-prepared meals, a genuinely social culture, green surroundings, and the kind of perks that feel considered rather than tick-box.

This isn’t for everyone. And that’s the point. But if you’re the kind of person who wants to build something, push something, own something, you’ll want to be in the conversation.
