Life on the team

You'll join GMA, where we help LEGO Retail connect with consumers through relevant and inspiring digital media. We're a collaborative, open team that shares ideas, explores new opportunities and learns from one another every day. We combine the flexibility of home working with the value of spending time together in person, creating a hybrid rhythm that supports both focused work and meaningful collaboration.

What success looks like

Success comes from becoming confident in a space that evolves constantly. You'll learn how new platforms, technologies and changing consumer behaviours create opportunities to improve performance and rethink how we connect with shoppers. Over the next 12–18 months, the team will continue strengthening its in-house paid social capabilities through greater use of data, automation and AI-powered optimisation. You'll work closely with paid social specialists, LEGO Retail stakeholders, creative teams and analytics partners to help shape smarter and more effective media activity.
