Who We Are:
Power Digital is an AI-Native Growth Firm built at the intersection of world-class talent and proprietary technology. We help leading and emerging brands grow by combining deep vertical expertise, strategic thinking, and enterprise intelligence to drive measurable business outcomes.
For more than a decade, we have built our business around one belief: the best technology makes great people better. Our teams of strategists, creatives, analysts, and technologists use Omega, our AI operating system, to surface opportunities faster, investigate what is driving performance, and execute approved work with greater speed and precision. Behind Omega is Iris, our proprietary intelligence layer, built on years of real performance data, strategic frameworks, testing, and learnings from across our client portfolio. AI expands the capacity of our people to think, create, solve harder problems, and make better decisions. Human judgment, creativity, and accountability remain central to how we work.
As a people-first firm, we value diversity in backgrounds and experiences. We strongly believe our people and culture are key to our success. We partner closely with our clients as an extension of their teams, working across strategy, execution, and measurement to identify what is truly blocking growth and determine what to do next. Our culture is built on people who are curious, ambitious, accountable, and committed to delivering meaningful results for our clients and for one another.
At Power Digital, we believe the future belongs to teams that combine the best talent with the best technology. We are building that future today.

A day in the life:
As a Paid Media Supervisor, you’ll own the performance, strategy, and growth of major multi-channel paid media accounts. You’ll partner closely with the Associate Media Director on strategic direction and planning, while fully owning execution, testing, and reporting. Your day includes reviewing pacing and KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities, and designing tests that push performance forward across the full funnel. You’ll lead client conversations as the subject-matter expert, guide a growing team of Media Managers, and confidently recommend (and defend) strategies that drive real business impact. In a remote-first environment, you’ll operate with autonomy, accountability, and a constant drive to raise the bar.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end management and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts.
- Drive performance against pacing, KPIs, and efficiency goals—continually raising expectations.
- Lead paid media strategy, road-mapping, testing frameworks, and campaign ideation.
- Manage and mentor a team of 1–2+ Media Managers, supporting their strategic and technical growth.
- Partner with Account Managers and the Media Director to align media strategy with client goals and business outcomes.
- Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for owned accounts.
- Lead client communication, reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee ongoing account maintenance: optimizations, structure updates, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and copy revisions.
- Design and deploy monthly and quarterly testing plans across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion strategy.
- Drive full-funnel strategy development, validation, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to expand media spend, channels, and account scope.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new platforms, and expanding Cardinal’s paid media offerings.
Role Requirements:
- 6–10+ years of paid media experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts with monthly budgets ranging from $100K–$1MM+.
- Strong background in paid media strategy, media planning, testing frameworks, and performance measurement across channels.
- Hands-on experience across platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, Programmatic Display, and paid social (LinkedIn, TikTok a plus).
- Experience with full-funnel strategy, video campaigns, and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and optimization strategy (GA4 a plus).
- Ability to write ad copy, guide creative strategy, define asset needs, and lead creative testing cadences.
- Client-facing experience with confidence, presenting insights, and defending strategy.
- Team management and mentorship experience.
- Strong critical-thinking skills, ownership mindset, and comfort working autonomously in a remote environment.
