A functional consultant at Quickborn Consulting in Budapest implementing retail pricing and promotions (P&P) solutions for German-speaking clients. Day to day they run discovery workshops, write business/technical specs, translate needs into configuration requirements, manage UAT cycles, and train client users.
- Facilitation of discovery workshops with German-speaking clients to capture pricing and promotions requirements
- Documentation of business and technical specifications based on workshop outcomes
- Translation of business needs into functional configuration requirements for the solution team
- Planning and execution of UAT cycles, tracking and resolving issues raised by client testers
- Design and delivery of training for client super users and end users
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the implementation
- Retail pricing and promotions domain knowledge
- Experience facilitating discovery workshops and writing documentation
- Strong technical and business specification writing skills
- Hands-on experience with UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution
- Ability to design training materials and enable super users
- Excellent consulting and stakeholder communication skills
- German (native or C1) and business-level English
- Prior experience with retail planning, pricing, or promotions systems
