Wildman Sales Representatives have annual earning potential of $92,000–$124,000.

At Wildman, two qualities stand out in our most successful Sales Representatives: Will to Win and Coachability.

We're looking for people who are driven to achieve, willing to put in the work to win new business, and eager to learn and improve. This is a true outside B2B business development role where you'll prospect for new customers, build relationships with business decision-makers, and grow an assigned territory.

• Experience selling contracted services, commercial products, or solutions to businesses
• Experience in uniform/facility services, pest control, MRO/industrial supply, equipment rental, distribution, or similar B2B industries is especially relevant

Early-Career Talent

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a closely related field
• Relevant sales or business development internship experience
• Experience in a structured, performance-driven training or management development program
• Strong desire to build a career in outside B2B sales

Military or Competitive Athletics

• Military service or meaningful competitive athletic experience
• Demonstrated discipline, resilience, teamwork, leadership, and achievement
• Desire to translate your competitive mindset into a performance-driven sales career

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new B2B customers within your territory
• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs
• Develop solutions and proposals that solve customer challenges
• Manage your territory with a high degree of independence
• Work toward defined activity, new-business, and revenue goals

What Makes Someone Successful Here?

Will to Win: You set high goals, create opportunities, are comfortable hearing "no," and keep going. You enjoy measurable goals, accountability, and competing to win.

Coachability: You seek feedback, apply what you learn, and are willing to follow a proven sales process. You take ownership of both your development and your results.

You don't need to come from one specific industry to succeed at Wildman. You do need the drive to win, the humility to be coached, and the discipline to consistently develop new business.

Why Wildman?

Strong Earning Opportunity: Annual earning potential of $92,000–$124,000, including a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, monthly car and phone allowances, and quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.

Work Environment

This is an outside, field-based sales role, not an inside sales position.

• Approximately 3.5 days per week are spent in the field prospecting and meeting with customers.
• Approximately 1.5 days per week are spent in the office, typically Mondays and Wednesdays.
• Success requires consistent prospecting, self-management, follow-through, and comfort being accountable to measurable activity and performance goals.

Candidates should bring one or more of the backgrounds outlined above, along with:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license, clean BMV record, and proof of insurance
• Ability to travel regularly by car throughout the assigned territory
