We are looking for a B2B Outbound SDR / Lead Generation Specialist to build and execute high-volume outbound campaigns focused primarily on LinkedIn and cold email. The role will be responsible for identifying and enriching prospects, launching personalized campaigns, generating qualified leads, and booking meetings for the senior consulting and sales team.
The role performance-based bonuses and commission of 3%–5% on closed deals, depending on the lead source and level of involvement in lead generation. Initially, the focus will be on database building and outbound prospecting, with the opportunity to work with warm leads as the sales process develops. The role will also evolve alongside an AI SDR system, where human involvement will focus on personalization, follow-up, qualification, and relationship building after initial AI outreach.
Your Duties:
- Plan, build, and optimize outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and cold email.
- Identify, research, verify, and enrich B2B prospects using relevant databases and sourcing tools.
- Add approximately 120 qualified prospects to lead databases per day.
- Create personalized messaging and manage outbound campaigns using appropriate tools and workflows.
- Execute multi-step follow-up sequences and cold calls to re-engage prospects.
- Generate a minimum of 30 qualified sales meetings per month.
- Build and maintain prospect databases for international legal, tax, accounting, and business consulting firms.
- Test and develop target segments, including tech founders, digital agencies, freelancers, and international LLCs.
- Monitor campaign performance, including lead volume, open rates, response rates, and booking ratios.
- Analyse campaign results and provide insights to improve targeting, messaging, and outbound strategy.
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information in the CRM.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and sales team members to qualify and convert opportunities.
- Support the transition from AI-generated outreach to human-led engagement and follow-up as the AI SDR workflow develops.
Requirements

- Advanced knowledge of Sales Navigator and cold email automation tools such as Snov.io, Salesforge, Smartlead, or similar.
- Experience working with lead databases, data enrichment, and prospect verification tools.
- Strong understanding of where to source relevant B2B databases and how to build targeted prospect lists.
- Confident with cold calling, objection handling, and structured follow-up sequences.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
- Experience tracking outbound KPIs and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
- English C1+ with fluent written and spoken communication.
- Strong technical understanding of outbound tools, workflows, and campaign setup.
- Experience using Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Experience with Zapier, Make.com, Clay, PhantomBuster, web scraping, or similar tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in legal, accounting, finance, corporate consulting, or corporate relocation is a plus, but not required.
