Outbound B2B Sales Manager (Cold Calling Specialist)

🏢 About Us & Grade.app
Grade.app (part of Megadev OÜ) is an all-in-one ERP and operational platform engineered specifically for IT outsourcing, outstaffing agencies, and digital service businesses. We empower tech leaders to eliminate operational chaos by unifying workforce management, finances, projects, and sales into a single, intuitive system.
We are aggressively expanding our customer base and looking for a high-performing Outbound B2B Sales Manager to drive cold prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline generation.
📞 Your Key Responsibilities
Cold Outreach: Execute outbound cold-call campaigns to targeted prospect lists of IT & digital agencies.
C-Level Engagement: Bypass gatekeepers and reach key decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, COOs, HRDs).
Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls, uncover client pain points, and spark genuine interest in Grade.app.
Deal Advancement: Pitch our value proposition and book demo presentations (or run them yourself).
Pipeline Management: Systematically track and manage your sales pipeline inside the CRM.
⚠️ Note: This is an active outbound role. If you dislike cold calling, experience phone anxiety, or believe "cold outreach is dead" — this role won't be a fit.
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven Track Record: Hands-on experience in outbound B2B cold calling, prospecting, and gatekeeper navigation.
Resilience & Grit: High rebound rate after rejections, thrives on high activity volumes, and is driven by closed deals rather than just call metrics.
C-Level Communication: Confident, authentic tone when speaking with Founders & CEOs; uses scripts naturally without sounding like a robot.
Business Acumen: Quickly grasps tech business models and translates complex ERP features into simple business value.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in SaaS, B2B software, CRM, ERP, or HRM sales.
Background or domain knowledge in the IT outsourcing/agency ecosystem.
💼 What We Offer
Compensation: Competitive base salary + transparent, uncapped performance bonuses.
Sales Enablement: Qualified prospect databases, clear ICPs, proven scripts, and high-converting marketing decks.
Growth & Support: Continuous sales coaching and direct opportunity to help scale our sales engine from the ground up.
Flexibility: 100% remote work flexibility or office option in Alicante, Spain.
🚀 In Short
We don't need a passive manager to handle warm leads. We need a proactive Closer who picks up the phone, engages cold C-level executives, sparks interest, books the demo, and drives revenue.
