Who are you?
You are a technically strong, hands-on problem solver who takes ownership and follows through. You thrive in complex industrial environments, where you can apply deep OT knowledge to design, troubleshoot, and improve systems that need to be reliable, secure, and maintainable. You are curious, detail-oriented, and committed to continuously deepening your expertise in operational technology, industrial networking, automation, and OT cybersecurity.
You are not just an individual contributor—you are a trusted technical resource. You work well across multiple concurrent projects, communicate clearly with both internal teams and clients, and bring sound judgment to technical decisions. You balance urgency with rigor, and you care about producing high-quality work, strong documentation, and practical solutions that make a real impact.
What is the role?
We’re seeking an experienced OT Systems Engineer to support the design, review, implementation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of operational technology solutions across industrial client environments. This role combines technical depth in OT systems, industrial networking, automation platforms, and cybersecurity with hands-on project execution and client-facing support.
You’ll contribute independently to solution development, root cause analysis, remediation, documentation, and technical discovery. You’ll also serve as a subject matter resource for OT best practices and risk reduction, helping clients and internal teams evaluate technical options and implement solutions that improve performance, reliability, and security.
This is an in-office position
What do you get?
This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact OT projects in complex industrial environments, where your technical expertise directly supports secure, reliable, and well-designed systems. You’ll have the chance to deepen your knowledge across OT architecture, industrial networking, automation, and cybersecurity while working on a variety of client engagements that challenge and expand your skills.
You’ll be part of a team that values strong technical judgment, ownership, and continuous learning, with the opportunity to grow into broader technical leadership over time. In addition, you’ll build trusted relationships with both internal teams and clients, contribute to real-world solutions, and play an important role in improving the performance, resilience, and security of critical operational systems.
