IT/OT Support Engineer About the Role
We are looking for an IT/OT Support Engineer to provide remote technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and monitoring for complex customer environments.
You'll work at the intersection of IT, OT, networking, software, and security , supporting customers and technical teams to keep critical systems stable, secure, and operational. What We're Looking For
You have a strong technical foundation and enjoy solving complex problems remotely. You are analytical, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of technical issues from investigation through to resolution. What You'll Do -
Provide 2nd and 3rd line remote IT/OT support and resolve incidents. -
Troubleshoot software, networking, and system-related issues. -
Perform remote preventive maintenance and proactively monitor system health and performance. -
Support software upgrades, implementations, and release management . -
Assist with commissioning, FAT and SAT testing of complex systems. -
Analyse logs and system data to identify trends and root causes. -
Coordinate escalations, repairs, and maintenance with internal teams and third parties. -
Accurately document incidents, solutions, and activities. -
Ensure relevant technical information is correctly shared with customers, technicians, and internal teams. What You Bring -
MBO Level 4 ICT level or equivalent experience. -
Experience in IT/OT support, IT infrastructure, technical support, or a similar environment . -
Good knowledge of IT, networking, and security technologies . -
Understanding of OT/industrial environments . -
Basic knowledge of ITIL 4 and service management. -
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. -
Proactive and customer-focused approach. -
Ability to work independently and take ownership of incidents. -
Good English communication skills. -
