We’re seeking a skilled, motivated Oral Surgeon to deliver exceptional patient care in a modern, technology-driven environment with a long-standing referral base and a strong reputation for quality and trust in the community.

We welcome applicants from any U.S. region and Canada (U.S. licensure, or eligibility, is required) who are open to relocating to Connecticut.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

Diverse Surgical Volume: Consistent flow of full-scope cases — from dentoalveolar and implant surgery to complex extractions and grafting procedures.

Leadership Pathways: Potential to take on mentorship or regional leadership roles as the practice continues to grow.

Ownership Track: Structured pathway to partnership with transition support and long-term financial stability.
