An Oracle Fusion Cloud specialist role focused on security and integrations: designing RBAC/SoD security frameworks, configuring Fusion modules and enterprise structures, and building real-time and batch integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) using REST, SOAP, FBDI and HDL. Onsite in Richmond, West London.
5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, with actual configuration and build work rather than functional consulting
Proven experience with Oracle Fusion security frameworks, including RBAC, SoD, and data security policies
Strong OIC skills with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade integrations end to end
Solid working knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, FBDI, and HDL
Experience with multi-country or multi-region Oracle Fusion deployments
Familiarity with Redwood UI, Page Composer, or Visual Builder
Exposure to enterprise systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, or legacy ERP platforms
Oracle Cloud certifications in any relevant module
Responsibilities:
Design and build custom RBAC frameworks, configure data security policies and SoD controls, and manage user provisioning, role mapping, and identity management
Define the end-to-end process for adding, changing, and removing users, roles, and policies
Execute and assist with configurations across Fusion modules using FSM and set up and maintain enterprise structures including Ledgers, Business Units, and Organizations
Build real-time and batch integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud to connect Oracle Fusion to third-party systems via REST, SOAP, FBDI, and bulk loaders, both inbound and outbound
Assess and action the impact of Oracles quarterly cloud updates
