Let’s shoot for the stars:

As Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our properties in Stuttgart and the surrounding region, you will own and shape end-to-end operational performance. Based in Stuttgart, this is a highly versatile, hands-on role for a pragmatic operations professional who enjoys being close to the product, managing external service providers across multiple locations, and acting as the trusted local face of Limehome.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• Pre-opening & go-live: You take part in the pre-opening and go-live phases of new properties, ensuring operational readiness and seamless handovers.

• Supplier & Partner management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key service providers (cleaning, laundry, maintenance, etc.), ensuring service quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

• Problem-solving & adaptability: Act quickly and pragmatically in dynamic situations, creating or adapting processes on demand and navigating complex operational and stakeholder environments.
