Junior data & staffing analyst at a law firm who pulls and analyzes financial, timekeeping, and billing data; builds Power BI dashboards and SharePoint/Power Automate workflows; and supports attorney staffing, utilization tracking, and workload planning. Core stack: SQL, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Python, PowerShell.
The Operations Junior Data & Staffing Analyst supports the firm’s leadership, practice groups, and administrative departments by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data across multiple systems to drive strategic and operational initiatives. This position works closely with Practice Group Management, Legal and People Operations, Finance, and Practice Group leadership to support workload management, utilization tracking, staffing coordination, and operational efficiency across the firm’s practice groups.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to liaise effectively between attorneys, firm leadership, and administrative departments. The Operations Junior Data & Staffing Analyst ensures that each group is well supported, aligned with firm priorities, and equipped to deliver outstanding client service.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances, and/or drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. Work can be performed with or without accommodations.
