ABOUT IMPLENTIO

Implentio is building the intelligence layer for modern ecommerce operations.

We help DTC and ecommerce brands recover lost money and eliminate operational waste across their parcel and 3PL networks through software, data, and deep operational expertise. Our platform identifies billing errors, uncovers inefficiencies, and transforms messy operational data into clear, high-impact decisions.

Behind the technology is a team that has spent years operating inside high-growth ecommerce and logistics environments. We know how complex these systems are because we have run them ourselves.

Implentio is backed by leading venture investors and led by a founding team with a track record of building and scaling successful companies. We are building a focused, high-caliber team that values clear thinking, moves quickly, and takes real ownership of outcomes.

If you are excited about building software that solves real operational problems for some of the fastest-growing ecommerce brands, we would love to meet you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• We are hiring an Operations Data Analyst to own the data that drives our products and client relationships.
• This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of analytics, operations, and customer success.
• You will work directly with carrier invoices, rate cards, 3PL billing data, and fulfillment metrics to surface errors, benchmark performance, and deliver insights that translate into real dollars recovered.
• You will build and maintain the analyses, dashboards, and data models that power client business reviews and product development.
• A background in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or ecommerce is strongly preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze carrier invoices, rate cards, and 3PL billing data to identify errors, overcharges, and optimization opportunities.
• Validate and reconcile large datasets, including dimensional weight calculations, surcharge structures, zone mappings, and SLAs.
• Fill in any gaps in our software by creating client-facing deliverables such as rate benchmarks, performance trend analyses, and business review materials.
• Support client onboarding by ingesting, mapping, and validating data sources and business logic during implementation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define data requirements, test new features, and ensure analytical accuracy.
• Investigate data anomalies, reconcile discrepancies, and document findings with clear analysis.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytically intensive role.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries against large datasets in Snowflake or a similar cloud warehouse.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Experience working with messy operational data, including invoice records, rate tables, shipping logs, or similar datasets.
• Ability to build clear deliverables, from internal analyses to polished client-facing reports and presentations.
• A background in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, 3PL, or ecommerce operations is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with BI or visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar.
• Experience with Python for data processing and scripting is a plus.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• You build a strong understanding of carrier billing structures, rate card logic, and 3PL data quickly.
• You deliver analyses and client-facing materials that are accurate, clear, and actionable.
• You become the go-to person for data validation, benchmarking, and investigative analysis.
• You improve how we turn raw data into insights that drive client value.
• You work effectively across Product, Operations, and Customer Success.
• WHO YOU ARE
• You care about accuracy and do not ship work you have not validated yourself.
• You dig into the details, including mismatched zones, rounding logic, and surcharge stacking, until the numbers make sense.
• You communicate findings clearly in a spreadsheet, a slide deck, or a conversation with a client.
• You are self-directed and comfortable managing multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
• You are curious about the business context behind the data and use it to deliver better work.
