The Operations Analyst works within the Care management department and will play a key role providing analytical support and review to develop solutions and improvements to operational areas within the company. This position will assist in evaluating system and process enhancements and test solutions prior to implementation. The Candidate must be able to balance multiple priorities, use time effectively to achieve and deliver expected project and testing initiatives on time. In addition, candidate needs to have strong analytical skills and be detail oriented. Role will support the business dedicated to the IFA -Underwriting and Risk Management teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess needs in relation to established business priorities with subject matter experts and develop alternative technical solutions; advise on options, risks, cost versus benefits and impact on other business processes and system priorities.
- Communicate with assigned functional teams regularly on areas financial and statistical issues and trends, providing supportive analysis of ongoing performance. This included regular written analysis on the current and future performance of assigned business units.
- Assist in maintaining company- wide scorecards and dashboards, identifying data collection points, developing data collection tools and training functional owners on data collection.
- Identify and implement internal controls and process improvements to increase quality, efficiency and reduce costs; ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the development of solutions that combine knowledge of particular business processes and issues.
- Collaborate with leaders and SME’s to identify opportunities for improvement
- Performance system testing.
- Provides prompt, courteous and excellent customer service to internal and external customers. This included an obligation to actively cooperate and interact with other departments to advance the overall interest of LTCG. Demonstrates effective communication and attention skill and use if appropriate lines of authority.
- Develop and enhance company-wide scorecards and dashboards, identifying data collection points, developing data collection tools, and training functional owners on data collection.
- Develop and produce periodic and special "ad hoc" management reports of issues affecting the business, including quantitative and narrative analysis.
- Provides input to improve operational efficiencies.
