The position is to:
- Lead Integrated Management Systems by maintaining document controls that meet ISO and FSSC standards.
- Drive Continuous Improvement by leading organization-wide improvement initiatives.
- Oversee Operational Risk & Resilience by managing HSE/QHSE programs, business continuity plans, emergency preparedness, and incident investigations.
- Provide Strategic Leadership by guiding the department's direction, team performance and resources.
The position requirements are:
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, Science, or a related field
- Experience with management systems and ISO/FSSC standards, including managerial experience
- ISO 9001 Lead Implementer certification required
- Lead, Food Safety, or Business Continuity certification is an asset
