- Strong understanding of trucking/carrier operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to take care of the Dispatch Team and all other departments like Safety, Fleet, Accounting, HR...
