Onboarding Specialist

The position is to:

• Coordinate and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new Members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
• Conduct orientation sessions aimed at acquainting new members with the company's organizational framework.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and providing support throughout the onboarding period.
• Work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and innovate the onboarding process.

The position requirements are:

• Associate Degree in Human Resource Management or related field; Bachelor Degree preferred
• Experience working as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System and resume databases
• Good working knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation
