Office & Administrative Support Assistant (UAE National - POD)

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Office & Pantry Support Assistant to join our Office Management team.

The role is primarily focused on supporting the day-to-day organization of pantry and common office areas, together with simple office support and administrative tasks.

The position provides an opportunity to develop practical workplace skills, confidence, independence, and responsibility in a supportive working environment.

Clear instructions, structured routines, training, and ongoing guidance will be provided. Responsibilities may gradually increase based on the employee's strengths, interests, abilities, and progress.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Support

• • Assist with document/mail delivery, printing, scanning, filing, and general office tasks.
  • Support the Office Management team with routine administrative activities.

Showroom & Client Exposure

• • Help keep the sales deck/showroom presentable and organized.
  • Welcome and direct visitors and gain exposure to a professional client-facing environment.

Pantry & Workplace Support

• • Assist with pantry supplies, organization, and routine checks.
  • Report low supplies, maintenance issues, or other concerns to the Office Management team.
