Our Seattle office represents clients throughout Washington in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, and other civil litigation.

This is a full-time, in-office position located in downtown Seattle at 600 Stewart Street, Suite 1500.

Responsibilities
- Reports directly to and supports Administrative & Legal Services Director and the Seattle Managing Partner
- Oversees support staff located in the Seattle office, including productivity management
- Assists with implementing new policies and procedures in the Seattle office
- Assists with the hiring process for support staff for the Seattle office
- Assists with the onboarding process for all new hires in the Seattle office
- Assists with training support staff as needed for the Seattle office
- Attends meetings regularly with Administrative & Legal Services Director and Seattle Partners
- Assists with facility management for the Seattle office, including office moves as necessary
- Assists with management of expense reconciliation for the Seattle office
- Plans and coordinates quarterly events for the Seattle office alongside the Administrative & Legal Services Director and Seattle Managing Partner
- Handles HR issues with HR Director and Seattle Partners and Team Leaders
- Administrative assignments from Administrative & Legal Services Director and Seattle Partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of previous management/leadership/human resources experience
- Prior law firm experience as a legal assistant or paralegal
- Able to work in the Seattle office 5 days a week
- Reliability and discretion while handling confidential matters
- High proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision
- Articulate, organized and a team player with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Compensation Package
- The base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 - 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
- Comprehensive benefits coverage offered, including plans available at zero employee cost (average annual employee contribution for health/vision/dental coverage is $700-1,700)
- Employee Assistance Program through HealthAdvocate
- Employees receive a monthly technology reimbursement of $60
- Employees benefit from a 401(k) program that includes a 100% match on the first 3% contributed and a 50% match on the following 4-5%
- Vacation time is accrued annually at the employee’s base rate
- Paid parental leave at base pay
