Office Manager 70-100% (f/m/x)

We’re looking for an organized proactive team player with a hands-on approach to join our Central Services Team
Do you love getting things off the ground, stay on top of things even when multiple tasks land on your desk at once, and don’t wait for others to take action? Perfect.
We’re not looking for someone who simply checks off tasks. We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility, follows up, finds solutions, and ensures that our day-to-day office operations run smoothly. Someone who thinks proactively, rolls up their sleeves, and makes our colleagues’ lives a little better every day with their positive attitude.

• Back Office: You’ll handle administrative matters such as quality management, sustainability reporting, workplace safety, and other organizational tasks.
• Communications Expert: You’ll coordinate incoming calls, keep track of everything, and ensure that information reaches the right people quickly.
• Fleet Management: You’ll be responsible for our vehicle fleet and ensure that everything runs reliably and efficiently.
• Facility Management—Whether it’s scheduling tradespeople, handling maintenance, or tackling organizational challenges related to our buildings, you’ll coordinate these tasks independently and follow through until a solution is implemented.
• Travel Planning: You’ll plan business trips for our colleagues, book hotels and flights, and ensure that all necessary documents are available on time.

• Well-being Management: You’ll manage our corporate benefits and help provide attractive offers for our employees.

What makes you a great fit

Of course, we’d love to see a business administration degree or strong expertise in these areas. But what matters even more to us is how you work and who you are.

• You enjoy taking on responsibility and actively driving projects forward.
• You have a solid understanding of business and commercial processes.
• You don’t give up until a task is truly completed.
• You think pragmatically and prefer finding solutions rather than managing problems.
• You enjoy interacting with people and are happy to like being a point of contact for colleagues and guests.
• You love organization and can coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You work independently while also being a true team player.
• You’re proficient in using MS Office.

• You have a fluent command of written and spoken German and English.

• A unique organizational culture based on trust, personal freedom and individual responsibility
• A work environment with a strong focus on sustainability, diversity and flexible time management
• State-of-the-art infrastructure and professional teams who enjoy their work
• A creative and international environment in which innovative ideas are valued
• Option for home office/flexible mobile working

• Comprehensive benefits focused on sustainable mobility and well-being – from a job/business bike and subsidized public transport with bonus programs to catering options and sports activities (e.g. Urban Sports Club).

Passion and motivation are just as important to us as the job profile. If the position appeals to you, even if you don't fulfil every requirement, then convince us with your enthusiasm. Your commitment counts!
