Office Admin Support (3 months contract) - Japan Investment Company

Duration: 3 months contract

Location: Shenton Way

Time: Monday to Friday, between 9am to 6pm (6 hours per day, flexible timing)

Salary: $20/hr

Job Duties:

• Manage and maintain recordings of company presentations, investor relations events, and earnings briefings

• Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records and asset logs

• Oversee and coordinate printed materials and related documentation

• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and record management

• Perform other PC-based administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Experience in administrative, clerical, general affairs, or related support roles

• Comfortable working with computers and standard office software

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Prior admin experience in investment or financial industry will be advantageous
