Labelle Chocolates Group is hiring an in-house Odoo Software Engineer (Techno-Functional) in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, to develop, customize, and support its Odoo ERP across POS, Sales, Inventory, HR, Finance, and Manufacturing. Day-to-day work involves Python/XML/JavaScript/OWL module development, third-party integrations, data migration, and end-user training.
We are looking for an Odoo Software Engineer - Techno-Functional who has strong experience in software development, Odoo ERP, business process analysis, and system implementation. The ideal candidate should understand both software engineering and business requirements, and be able to convert business needs into reliable, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions. The role will involve working closely with HR, Finance, Sales, Retail, POS, Inventory, Manufacturing, and other business departments to understand requirements, develop solutions, improve workflows, and support the company's Odoo ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, maintain, and support Odoo ERP applications;
Configure and customize Odoo modules including POS, Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Accounting;
Develop custom Odoo modules using Python, XML, JavaScript, and OWL;
Customize Odoo POS and frontend applications using the OWL framework;
Build and maintain integrations between Odoo and third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks;
Support data migration, system upgrades, and ERP implementation projects;
Provide technical support and training to end users.
Requirements:
2-3 years of professional experience in software development and/or Odoo development;
Strong practical experience with Odoo ERP development and customization;
Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and Odoo Framework;
