Non-Parcel Revenue Manager

About the role

Instabee reaches millions of consumers every day through checkout, tracking, apps, communications, parcel lockers, and the delivery experience. These touchpoints create a significant commercial opportunity — and we're building the business to unlock it.

As Non-Parcel Revenue Manager, you'll help turn this opportunity into a new revenue stream. You'll identify commercial opportunities, build customer and partner relationships, develop new offerings, and take initiatives from idea to pilot and beyond.

This is a hands-on 0→1 role for someone who enjoys ambiguity, creates structure, and wants to build something new. You'll work closely with commercial leadership and collaborate across Product, Tech, Design, Operations, Legal, and Finance.

What you'll do

• Identify and engage potential merchants, brands, media agencies, and partners

• Own the sales process from initial outreach through pilot, contract, and activation

• Develop and test new commercial offerings across Instabee's digital and physical touchpoints, including advertising, sampling, communications, and data-driven solutions

• Run pilots end-to-end, track results, and turn learnings into scalable offerings

• Build and maintain a strong commercial pipeline and contribute to forecasting and reporting

• Help shape product, pricing, processes, and the operational setup needed to scale

• Coordinate effectively across internal teams to move opportunities from concept to market

Who you are

You're commercially driven and energised by selling, building, and figuring things out. You're comfortable without a predefined playbook, but naturally create structure and momentum.

You may have experience in retail media, e-commerce, advertising/adtech, digital platforms, business development, management consulting, or a similar commercial environment. You don't need to have done exactly this before — we're looking for evidence that you've built something, sold something, or turned an idea into reality.

To succeed, you:

• Can move from idea to business case to pilot with limited hand-holding

• Enjoy engaging with customers and partners

• Combine commercial instinct with analytical thinking

• Communicate clearly and work effectively across functions

• Understand digital products and technology well enough to collaborate with Product & Tech

• Take ownership and follow things through

What success looks like

In your first 12 months, you'll have built an active commercial pipeline, launched at least one concrete customer pilot, contributed to defining the product and pricing model, and established strong cross-functional relationships.

We'll measure success through commercial traction, pipeline quality, speed from idea to launch, pilot learnings, and your ability to make new opportunities happen.

Why join?

You'll have the opportunity to build a new business area from the ground up, with the scale and consumer reach of Instabee behind you. If you enjoy turning ideas into commercial reality, this is a chance to have a visible impact from day one.

We can promise you that you will be challenged, develop your skills and have the opportunity to work with truly amazing and competent colleagues. If you like changes and want to set new processes and ways of working - this is the place for you!

Of course, we have all the necessary and standard benefits in place, but in addition to this, we can also offer:

• 🌇 Sky-High Office: Modern and newly renovated with a 360-degree view around Stockholm.

• 🐶 Puppy Friendly: Bring your dog to work - we've got a whole floor for our furry friends!
