New Home Sales, Custom Development & On Your Lot

Creative Custom Homes is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with strong project management and team leadership experience to grow our custom home sales business through both community-based opportunities and On Your Lot (OYL) sales. The ideal candidate does not need prior new-home sales experience but should have a proven ability to build relationships, manage a consultative sales process, coordinate multiple moving parts, and lead customers and internal teams toward a successful outcome. This individual will serve as a trusted representative of Creative Custom Homes, helping prospective buyers understand the custom homebuilding process, identify their needs and priorities, explore floor plans, homesites, and design possibilities, and confidently move from initial conversation through purchase agreement and closing. Experience managing projects, leading teams, coordinating contractors or vendors, or working in a complex sales environment is highly valuable. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, personable, and comfortable owning the customer relationship while managing timelines, expectations, and details. The right candidate will have the sales ability to create excitement and earn trust, the leadership skills to coordinate people and projects, and the initiative to develop both community and On Your Lot opportunities—with the potential to grow into a key sales leader for Creative Custom Homes.
