NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM.

BUT YOU MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVER THE ROAD.

DHT IS HIRING NEW CDL-A DRIVERS NOW.

You earned your CDL-A. Now you need a company willing to give you a chance to earn real OTR experience.

DHT does.

Too many companies want experienced drivers but aren't willing to train the next generation. At DHT, we invest in new CDL-A drivers who are ready to work, learn, spend time on the road, and build a professional driving career.

If you recently earned your CDL-A and you're ready for the realities of Over-the-Road trucking, this is your opportunity.

NOW HIRING: ENTRY-LEVEL CDL-A OTR DRIVERS

Dry Van | Over-the-Road | Paid Training | Driver Mentor Program
Based out of Reese, Michigan
Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus Based on Experience

IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN OVER-THE-ROAD POSITION.

This is NOT a local driving position. You will NOT be home every night.

Drivers must be willing and able to spend multiple nights away from home as part of their regular work schedule.

DHT drivers receive weekly home resets, but the job requires a genuine commitment to the OTR lifestyle.

If you are looking for local, home-daily driving, this position is not the right fit.

We want candidates to understand that before they apply.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR DRIVERS WHO:

• Understand and accept that this is an OTR position
• Are comfortable spending multiple nights away from home
• Show up ready to work
• Want real miles and real driving experience
• Take safety seriously
• Can handle the responsibility of operating independently
• Want to build a long-term professional driving career

If you aren't willing to work OTR or need to be home every night, please do not apply for this position.

But if you're motivated, dependable, safety-focused, and ready to put in the miles, DHT is ready to give you the opportunity to build real-world experience.
