• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally involving outbound prospecting, new business or a high-volume sales environment.

• Drive & ambition: You are highly motivated, competitive and want to perform at a high level.

• Commercial mindset: You are energised by targets, revenue and the opportunity to directly influence your earnings.

• Resilience: You are comfortable with outbound activity and have the persistence to keep going when you hear "no".

• Strong communication skills: You are confident speaking with new people and can build rapport quickly.

• Ownership: You take responsibility for your targets, pipeline and follow-ups.

• Growth mindset: You actively seek feedback and continuously look for ways to improve.

We welcome applications from recent graduates and early-career professionals, provided you have at least one year of B2B sales experience and can demonstrate the drive, communication skills and competitive mindset needed to succeed in a high-performance sales environment.
