-NEW- 12 Months Bank Operations Analyst, Equities & Fixed Income (Foreign Bank)

Job Responsibilities:

· Process Corporate Action events accurately and within agreed service levels, in accordance with established procedures and controls.

· Manage internal and external stakeholders on Corporate Action-related matters, resolving issues and responding to queries promptly.

· Perform daily account reconciliations and investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks in a timely manner.

· Ensure adherence to documented procedures, operational controls, risk management and compliance requirements.

· Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, controls and operational efficiency.

· Participate in projects, process enhancements and other ad hoc initiatives as required.

· Identify, monitor and manage operational risks associated with daily processes.

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
