What you'll do
- Monitor and sustain high-availability network and cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical systems.
- Analyze network traffic, system logs, and telemetry to identify anomalies, performance issues, and potential mission impact.
- Provide real-time operational awareness, incident updates, and clear technical reporting to mission stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate responses across network, cloud, and system layers.
- Develop and implement remediation strategies to restore services and improve long-term system resiliency.
- Support secure data flows and cross-domain solutions while maintaining IC security requirements.
- Collaborate with systems engineers, cybersecurity teams, and cloud architects to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to runbooks, SOPs, and automation initiatives that streamline operations and improve response times.
- Stay current on evolving network architectures, cloud technologies, and operational requirements within the customer environment.
