**About Antler**
Antler backs the world’s most ambitious founders from the very start. Founded on the belief that innovation is the key to building a better future, we partner with people across six continents to launch and scale high-potential start-ups that address meaningful opportunities and challenges.
Knowing that exceptional founders can come from anywhere with any background, we have offices in 30 cities, including New York, London, Berlin, Stockholm, Bangalore, Singapore, Seoul, and Sydney. Fuelled by a personal passion that goes beyond traditional investing, we have helped create and invested in more than 2,000 start-ups across a wide range of industries and technologies.
A better future won’t happen automatically—the world needs talented, determined, and resilient people to build it. Antler team members are part of an ambitious global community dedicated to helping the most driven founders move the world forward.
**The Role**
We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance Solutions Architect to join our global Finance team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who combines deep finance/accounting knowledge with advanced NetSuite architecture and development capability.
The opportunity
You will own the design and delivery of Finance systems solutions in NetSuite, working closely with senior Finance stakeholders to translate complex accounting and reporting requirements into scalable system solutions.
A key immediate priority will be supporting the business with IFRS 18 implementation, alongside broader NetSuite architecture, reporting, automation, integrations and process improvements.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
The key distinction
We are not looking for a traditional NetSuite Administrator. We need someone who can understand the accounting requirement, design the appropriate solution in NetSuite, and then be hands-on enough to build or lead the implementation. For example, if Finance says "we need to implement IFRS 18 reporting" you should be able to understand the accounting implications, determine the required system architecture and account/reporting changes, and then translate this into a working NetSuite solution.
This is an opportunity to have significant ownership of a global Finance systems environment and work on high-impact finance transformation initiatives.
