- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance analysis to ensure applications are reliable, secure, and efficient.
- Optimize existing systems, processes, and infrastructure to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, back-end systems, front-end applications, and in-house customizations.
- Provide technical support for business systems and contribute to ongoing application improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and development best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to shared goals and supporting the organization’s broader objectives.
Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer, ideally with a focus on system integrations and back-end development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASPX, .NET Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting APIs, services, and web-based applications.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture is considered an asset.
- Experience with ERP solutions such as Sage 300 and Sage CRM is considered an asset.
- Experience with the Google Marketing Platform, particularly Google Analytics, is considered an asset.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
