• Deliver activations, promotional campaigns and product launches to a high standard

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted day-to-day partner
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, delivering exceptional service and building strong long-term partnerships
• Ensure client objectives are clearly understood and translated into effective field execution plans
• Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence and professionalism
• Use field insights, customer feedback and market observations to identify opportunities and shape future program strategies
• Ensure all client communications and deliverables are timely, professional and aligned with expectations

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Have

• Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and influence outcomes through strong communication and commercial acumen
• Strong coaching and performance management capability
• Experience analysing results and translating insights into action
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
