About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About Salesforce
We're Salesforce, the Agentic Enterprise Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI + Data + CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way, becoming Agentic Enterprises. We also empower you to be a Trailblazer, driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe business is the greatest platform for change, and that companies can do well and do good, you've come to the right place.

The Role
You are a strategic partner to leading hospitals and healthcare organizations that we cover out of Switzerland. You build strong relationships with key stakeholders and sell Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, including AI, Data, and CRM, that improve patient, clinician, and employee experiences.
You work in an extended account team, take business direction from Sales Leadership, and work alongside a distributed team based mainly in Switzerland. You help craft and deliver an account strategy that fits each customer's clinical, operational, and business goals. You manage the full sales cycle: you build a high-quality pipeline, move opportunities through each stage, and close deals. You are accountable for the healthy growth of the accounts in your territory.

A Good Match for This Role

Basics: You are team-oriented and driven, with an entrepreneurial attitude and a desire to keep learning. You take full ownership of your results, and you use AI confidently in your daily work.

Solution sales experience: You have a proven track record in SaaS or enterprise software solution sales, with consistent quota achievement in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Personal impact: You know the Swiss healthcare landscape well, including hospitals, hospital groups, and the wider care ecosystem. You bring thought leadership on digital patient journeys, care coordination, workforce efficiency, and AI in healthcare.

Problem solving and communication: You listen closely, run strong discovery, and communicate clearly and concisely in writing, presentations, executive meetings, and board briefings. You communicate with impact at every level, including medical, nursing, administrative, and IT leadership. You are comfortable with complex analyses.

Orchestration: You align a diverse team around clear common goals.

Execution: You identify and qualify opportunities and move them forward. You get things done in political and ambiguous environments, including public and semi-public organizations with formal procurement and tender processes. You deliver under tight timelines with precision and discipline.

Solutioning: You build compelling value propositions and business cases based on a deep understanding of technology, AI, and healthcare, including data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Team selling: You work with a diverse, global group of colleagues to drive deals from origination through contract closing and renewal.
