Coordinate and document comprehensive end-of-shift operational handovers to ensure continuity for incoming Western-hemisphere support teams. - Support minor Change-the-Bank (CTB) activities on an as-needed basis, including testing configuration patches, updating templates, and verifying release deployments. - Participate in rotational weekend coverage (half-day shift every 4th weekend).

SKILLS
