Got Sense? You Might Have ReSense.
We’re hiring, but we should probably tell you how we work first.
Have a sense of urgency.
If something can be handled today, handle it today. We do not need six emails, three “touching base” messages and a meeting next week to determine what happens next.
Zoom is fine. Cameras are optional.
Working from home in your pajamas with messy hair? Great. Turn the camera off. We care about what you contribute, not what your home office looks like.
We do not micromanage.
We do not babysit.
We hire capable adults and expect them to make decisions, take ownership, ask for help when they need it and get things done.
The Peter Principle Is NOT in Our DNA
If you do not know what the Peter Principle is, don’t bother.
We do not believe your reward for being excellent at something should automatically be getting promoted into a job you are terrible at.
We are building a team of Swiss Army knives.
People who think.
People who adapt.
People who solve problems.
People who can wear more than one hat and are willing to jump in when something needs to get done.
Titles matter less than contribution.
We Are Not Big Fans of Corporate Busywork
We hate Salesforce when maintaining Salesforce becomes more important than talking to customers.
We hate expense reports that require more effort than the expense itself.
Spend company money responsibly. Keep the receipt. Use common sense.
We hate weekly reports nobody reads.
If something important happened, tell us.
If something is going wrong, tell us sooner.
If you need help, ask.
We do not need three pages every Friday proving that you worked.
And we really hate business plans that get written, presented, filed away and never reviewed again.
A plan should help us make decisions and take action. Otherwise, it is homework for adults.
Salespeople, This Part Is for You
If you are not occasionally pissing off a prospect, you probably are not doing your job.
Not because we want you to be rude.
Great salespeople challenge people.
They teach the prospect something they did not know.
They understand the problem.
They tailor the solution.
They ask uncomfortable questions.
They respectfully push back.
They take control of the process when appropriate.
They do not spend their careers sending:
“Just checking in.”
“Circling back.”
“Touching base.”
Please stop.
We believe in teaching the prospect, tailoring the solution and taking control of the conversation.
The customer is not always right either.
Customers should always be heard, respected and treated fairly.
But sometimes they are wrong.
We expect our people to have enough confidence and judgment to know the difference.
Your Résumé Does Not Have to Be Perfect
Been fired?
Put on a performance improvement plan?
Reprimanded?
Downsized?
Took a big swing and missed?
Challenged the way something had always been done and made somebody uncomfortable?
Had a manager who simply did not know what to do with you?
We might like your type.
Sometimes the people who build things, sell things and change things have a few dents.
We like dents.
We like duct tape, Band-Aids and a few broken bones.
Not literally. Mostly.
We like people who have tried things, broken things, fixed things, failed at something, learned from it and came back smarter.
Perfectly polished careers do not impress us nearly as much as resilience, resourcefulness and scar tissue.
We are much more interested in what happened next.
We are not looking for people who have spent their careers avoiding mistakes.
We are looking for people who have done enough to have a few stories.
Sometimes the best builders come with a little duct tape.
What We Are Looking For
Bring common sense.
Bring urgency.
Bring curiosity.
Bring judgment.
Bring solutions.
Bring a sense of humor.
Bring the confidence to challenge us when you think we are wrong.
ReSense Health is growing across healthcare sales, clinical leadership, partnerships, product, marketing, operations and other areas.

Perfect résumés are optional.
Corporate theater is discouraged.

Maybe you have ReSense.
