About the position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging digital content to drive audience interaction, enhance our online presence, and support our marketing objectives in the market. Additionally, this role will involve overseeing website management to ensure an effective digital strategy

Main Responsibilities

• Design, create, and edit multimedia content, including videos, animations, graphics, and interactive elements for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan, produce, and execute high-quality multimedia content that resonates with audiences across various platforms.
  
• Stay on top of design trends and suggest creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling and increase user engagement.
  
• Support the production of digital marketing materials such as promotional videos, social media posts, banners, and interactive web content.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that multimedia content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand standards.
  
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality across all content.
  
• Analyze and optimize multimedia content performance across different platforms.
  
• Work closely with the social media team to create compelling visual content for organic posts and paid campaigns.
  
• Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms, ensuring accessibility, SEO, and responsiveness.
  
• Stay updated on new software, tools, and techniques to improve the quality and impact of your designs.
  
• Take on additional tasks and projects as required by management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field (optional)
  
• Proven work experience as a Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
  
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  
• Experience in video production and motion graphics
  
• Experience or familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (such as Midjourney, Claude, Higgsfield AI, DALL·E, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar tools)
  
• A solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition
  
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in visual problem-solving
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  
• A keen eye for trends in digital media, marketing, and social content
  
• Adaptable and proactive in learning new tools and techniques
  
• Experience with content creation for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  
• Good communication in English language
