Multimedia Designer at DotYeti, a fully remote creative design agency serving business clients. Day to day you craft illustrations, social media graphics, logos, print designs, animations, and videos using Adobe tools, collaborating on briefs and maintaining quality, during Manila hours (4 PM - 12 MN PHT).
Multimedia Designer - DotYeti
Important Note: This position operates within the Manila, Philippines time zone (4 PM - 12 MN PHT). Flexibility with working hours is essential.
At DotYeti, we believe great design should feel as good to make as it does to look at. We're a fully remote creative team helping businesses bring their ideas to life. Everything we make starts with two things: artistry in every detail and excellence in every delivery. The rest comes naturally: joy in the work, growth for everyone, and a team that has each other's backs.
What you'll do:
- Creative Craft: Develop product illustrations, social media graphics, logos, print designs, animations, and videos made with real artistry and the kind of detail people notice.
- Quality & Delivery: Deliver polished, high-quality, and on-brand multimedia content on time across digital and print platforms. You hold your work to a high bar before anyone else has to.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to turn briefs into impactful digital assets, share feedback openly, and keep projects moving (and fun).
- Problem Solving: Optimize designs and troubleshoot technical visual challenges across Adobe tools, finding fixes that last, not just quick patches.
- Learning & Tools: Explore new tools, AI workflows, and techniques that help the team create better work.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has significant proven design experience.
- Possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work.
- Has a great eye and cares how things look, feel, and work, not just whether they're finished.
- Takes pride in the details and doesn't call it done until it's right.
- Is naturally curious, always tinkering with a new tool, trick, or technique.
- Communicates clearly, offers help, asks for it, and celebrates wins with the team.
Bonus Points for:
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
What We Offer:
- Fully Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment in an independent contractor setup.
- Paid Time Off & Benefits: Generous paid time off, mental health leave, and comprehensive health coverage.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary with yearly performance-based raises.
- Equipment Allowance: Allowance provided to equip your home office.
- Professional Growth: Opportunity to grow with a talented and collaborative team.
How we hire:
- Let's get to know each other. A relaxed first chat about how you work, how you communicate, and what makes work fun for you.
- Show us your craft. This is the big one. A practical assessment where we look at your creativity, your attention to detail, and the polish of the final result.
- Final interview. We'll talk through your work, how you tackle problems, and where you want to grow next.
- Job offer!
