About the Role
For a large financial organisation, we are looking for a MuleSoft / Java Developer.
The project focuses on building and maintaining integrations between an Execution Management System and a Data Science platform. Real-time trading data is enriched with Bloomberg data and processed through Azure. The organisation is currently moving away from MuleSoft towards an Azure-based integration landscape, so this role will also contribute to that transition.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, test and deploy integrations between the EMS and Data Science platform.
- Build and maintain APIs and integration services using MuleSoft and Java.
- Support the migration of existing integrations from MuleSoft to Azure.
- Integrate real-time trading data with Bloomberg data.
- Configure and maintain Azure Event Hub connectivity.
- Ensure reliable two-way data flows between trading systems and Data Science algorithms.
- Troubleshoot and optimise integrations in a production environment.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with MuleSoft / Anypoint Platform
- Solid Java development experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
- REST APIs, RAML and JSON
- Experience with event-driven or real-time integrations
- Experience developing and deploying production-grade interfaces
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
