• Integrated Supply Chain: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated supply chain programs aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, IT, and finance to ensure seamless program execution.

• Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation efforts, including ERP enhancements, supply chain visibility tools, automation, and data analytics.

You'll have...

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in the consumer industry and a comprehensive understanding of the full supply chain, from front-end to back-end (order-to-delivery).

• Demonstrated experience in sales, operations, and/or demand planning.

• Proven experience in finished goods manufacturing capacity or production planning.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, with a heavy emphasis on S&OP and S&OE processes, alongside procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
