We build products and brands that need to be seen. You'll be the person who makes them move editing, animating, and shaping the content that carries our work out into the world and brings the audience in.
About the role
We're a group of fast-moving ventures, so you won't be tied to a single product. One week it's a product explainer, the next a punchy social promo, the next an animated brand piece. You'll bring range, a strong eye, and the ability to keep each brand feeling distinctly itself all from wherever you work best.
What you'll do
- Edit and produce videos — product demos, explainers, brand films, promos and short-form social content.
- Design and animate motion graphics, transitions, titles and effects that make content pop.
- Turn briefs and rough ideas into polished, on-brand creative, from concept to final export.
- Keep each brand's identity distinct and consistent across everything you make.
- Repurpose and resize content for Instagram, TikTok/Reels, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Bring ideas to the table for campaigns and content that grow reach and engagement.
- Manage your own timelines across multiple briefs and brands.
What we're looking for
- Junior to mid-level experience in video editing and motion graphics — a showreel or portfolio is a must. We care more about your work than your years.
- Solid skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro(or equivalents like DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut).
- A good eye for design — composition, typography, colour and pacing.
- Comfort switching between brands, styles and briefs without losing quality.
- Self-motivated and reliable working remotely, with clear communication.
Nice to have
- Basic illustration or graphic design(Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
- Sound design, music selection or basic audio editing.
- A feel for social platform trends and what makes content perform.
- A little 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D) or AI creative tools — a plus, not a must.
Why join us
- Creative freedom and real ownership over the content you make.
- Variety — several brands, a wide range of projects, never the same week twice.
- A flexible, remote setup in a small team where your work is seen and valued.
How to apply
If this sounds like you, we'd love to see your work. Applications without a showreel or portfolio won't be reviewed, so make sure yours is front and centre. Please send:
- Your showreel and/or portfolio link.
- A short note on the kind of work you lovemaking.
- Which setup suits you: full-time, part-time, contract or freelance.
