Motion Designer

About Newcode

Newcode is building AI-native tools for modern legal work.

We help legal professionals work faster, think more clearly, and handle complex information with confidence. Our platform supports legal research, document workflows, knowledge work, and collaboration in legal environments where precision, clarity, and trust matter. We are a growing team working at the intersection of law, AI, product design, and engineering. Our ambition is simple: to create tools that feel powerful, reliable, and genuinely useful for legal professionals. We care about craft, clarity, and thoughtful execution. We move quickly, but we do not confuse speed with noise. Strong ideas can come from anywhere, and we expect everyone to contribute.

The role

As a Motion Designer at Newcode, you will help shape how our brand, product, and ideas come to life through motion. You will create motion assets for product launches, campaigns, social media, ads, explainers, events, and presentations. Your work will help make complex AI and legal-tech concepts feel clear, premium, and easy to understand. This role is ideal for someone who sees motion as more than decoration. For us, motion should guide attention, explain value, create rhythm, and make the Newcode brand feel confident, intelligent, and alive. You will work closely with Marketing, Product Design, and leadership to concept, design, animate, and deliver high-quality creative work across different channels.

What you will do

-Create motion assets for product launches, campaigns, social media, ads, explainers, events, and presentations.

-Design product-led animations that explain complex legal-tech and AI concepts in a simple and compelling way.

-Help define a scalable motion system for the Newcode brand across product, marketing, and sales touchpoints.

-Build reusable templates, motion principles, and toolkits that help us move faster while keeping quality high.

-Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, and leadership to turn ideas into polished creative output.

-Support major announcements, launches, and customer-facing moments with strong visual storytelling.

-Explore how AI tools can improve creative workflows, from ideation and storyboarding to production and iteration.
