MOTION DESIGNER (IHA)

About the Role

As our in-house creative team continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Motion Designer and Editor to help us create more impactful, creative and efficient campaigns for our global brands. You will work across global and local markets, bringing ideas to life through standout motion and social-first content.

This is a hands-on creative role with real influence. You will bring ideas to the table, explore emerging motion trends, own briefs and turn them into engaging, high-quality animation. Working closely with senior creatives and our digital and social teams, you will create content that captures attention, strengthens our brands and works beautifully across platforms.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the animation and delivery of animated and film content for priority brands and markets.

• Create high-quality motion design and editing across brand campaigns, digital experiences and selected social content - from always-on activity to campaign amplification.

• Adapt every asset thoughtfully for different formats and channels while keeping the work clearly on-brand.

• Act as a go-to expert for motion design craft, developing and evolving motion principles that help our brands come to life in more engaging and consistent ways.

• Collaborate with brand, digital and social teams from the earliest stages of ideation, bringing a motion-first perspective and helping shape ideas into compelling, executable creative.

• Use Adobe After Effects and other industry-standard tools to produce polished animation, and support video editing where needed to bring ideas fully to life.

• Be a trusted creative partner across AEI, using your animation expertise to elevate campaigns and deliver high-quality work across advertising, digital and social channels.

What You Will Bring

• Experience working for an agency or in-house creative environment.

• A standout, style-diverse portfolio that demonstrates strong motion design and animation craft.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and leading animation tools, plus fluency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut. Knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D is an advantage, but not essential.

• A deep command of timing, composition and visual storytelling.

• A strong ability to work with music and sound as part of animation, using audio to inform movement and strengthen the brand message.

• Experience building motion systems and adapting work effectively across formats, platforms and channels.

• A strong grasp of video workflows, formats and export standards, ensuring flawless delivery.

• Experience creating work for global lifestyle or premium brands, with a consistently high standard of craft.

• Confidence collaborating across teams and communicating clearly with creative and non-creative stakeholders.

What Will Help You Succeed

• A proactive, can-do mindset and the confidence to bring forward ideas rather than wait for them.

• Strong organisation and the ability to manage your workload across multiple briefs and deadlines.

• Adaptability, curiosity and an interest in new motion techniques and creative trends.

• The ability to work within brand guidelines while still pushing the visual and creative quality of the work.

• An understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.

What You Can Expect from Us

• The chance to create work for internationally recognised brands across global and local markets.

• A collaborative in-house agency environment where motion is involved early and treated as a core creative discipline.

• The opportunity to shape how our brands use motion and to influence standards across the wider team.

• A varied mix of campaign, digital and social briefs, with space to experiment and keep developing your craft.
