Mobile Health/Hep C Tester (Greater Philadelphia)

Are you passionate about patient care and looking for an opportunity for growth and development? We invite you to explore a rewarding opportunity with our organization.

Central Outreach is seeking a full-time Mobile Health/Hep C Tester to join our team—recognized as the #1 curer of Hepatitis C in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting patients through their treatment journey while expanding access to care in the community.

This role is both clinical and relationship-driven, requiring a self-directed, proactive individual who is comfortable engaging with patients and staff while building sustainable partnerships that expand access to care.
