About the Mobile Crisis Response Services Program

ReDiscover’s Mobile Crisis Response Services work in close partnership with local law enforcement and CommCARE to deliver real-time, on-site crisis intervention. Our mission is to support individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis—whether they've had police contact or reached out through national or local crisis lines—by meeting them where they are, both physically and emotionally. As a Mobile Crisis Responder, you’ll help reduce unnecessary emergency room visits and incarceration by connecting people to the right resources at the right time.

• Offer consultation and information to internal teams and referral sources to facilitate access to services.
• Collaborate with ReDiscover teams and community partners to develop intervention plans that address and advocate for the individual’s needs.
• Work closely with other providers to implement and review crisis intervention strategies.
• Accurately document client interactions and maintain records in ReDiscover’s electronic medical record system.
