GENERAL OVERVIEW:

This job will be to drive and maintain a mobile health clinic. The incumbent will ensure that the mobile clinic will be driven safely to various locations in southwestern Pennsylvania where clinical staff will see patients on the vehicle. Will also ensure that all routine maintenance occurs, such as oil changes, ensure that tires have appropriate air, and ensure that the vehicle has appropriate fuel. This incumbent will also ensure that other specialized systems on mobile clinic, such as generators follow appropriate maintenance schedules. Will also ensure that registration and all other regulatory needs are met. This incumbent will perform basic troubleshooting for any repairs and will take to a mechanic when needed. The ability to work appropriately with clinic staff, and respond to patients appropriately is also critical.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely drive vehicle to locations.
• Ensure that the specialized systems on vehicle are maintained through scheduled maintenance.
• Completes pre-trip inspection for vehicle reliability, and ensure that vehicle is in compliance with all regulations.
• Perform basic trouble shooting and take to mechanic when needed.
• Maintains valid PA driver’s license.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

• High School / GED
• 3 years operating industrial vehicles
• PA Driver's License

• PA Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Preferred

• 3 years performing maintenance on industrial vehicles
• 3 years in Customer Service
• Driving Industrial Vehicles
• Maintaining Industrial Vehicles
• EMT
