Design at Fireflies
Builders
We’re looking for designers who can design, ship, and think like a PM. People who can spot opportunities, shape the problem, plan the specs, and own the outcome.
Curious
We're excited by designers who are curious, experiment often, and help define new interaction patterns that make AI intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely useful.
Craft
We value people who put efforts into every interaction, animation, transition, piece of copy, and small detail that contributes to how the product feels. We believe thoughtful craftsmanship creates products people enjoy coming back to.
Collaboration
Our best work comes from close collaboration between design, engineering, and product. We believe great ideas can come from anyone, and the strongest products are shaped together like that.
Users
We spend time with customers, understand how they work, and use those insights to shape every product decision. Building products people love starts with understanding the people we're building for.
Simplicity
Software gets complicated quickly. We value people who can find ways to remove effort, reduce noise, and make complex functionality or information presented in a simpler manner.
Judgment
There’s no single process for great design. We value people who ask good questions, comes with great design taste, and know when to explore or ship.

- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to turn ideas into thoughtful, high quality product experiences.
- Talk to customers regularly, develop a deep understanding of how they work, and turn those insights into better product decisions.
