Research complex pay actions.
Prepare a wide variety of military personnel actions.
Maintain military personnel files to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Research and analyze data to identify trends and report the results to management.
Provide technical advice on establishment and maintenance of military pay accounts ensuring complains with laws and regulations.
Provide guidance on administrative and military personnel matters.
Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures assuring uniform interpretation and application.
