Coordinate with Centroid service delivery managers, U.S.-based technical teams, and client stakeholders to resolve issues and meet service commitments.

Participate in after-hours maintenance windows, escalation coverage, and rotating on-call support when required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced managed services environment and prioritize multiple incidents, service requests, maintenance activities, and client commitments.

Ability to work productively in a team environment and participate as a positive, collaborative, and cooperative team member.

Candidates should be flexible to cover U.S. business hours from India and support scheduled maintenance windows, incident escalations, and after-hours on-call coverage as required.
