Kreischer Miller · Horsham, PA, US ·
Kreischer Miller’s Technology Solutions team helps middle-market organizations navigate digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen cybersecurity, all while aligning IT decisions for long-term business success. The majority of our clients are based in the Greater Philadelphia area, resulting in minimal travel and a high-quality work-life balance.
When you join our team, you’ll develop deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform technologies, gaining the hands-on experience needed to become a trusted advisor in your domain. You’ll benefit from mentorship by senior team members, soft skills and advisory training, and opportunities to join professional and industry associations, with the firm supporting your continued learning and growth.
Our team is quick to adapt and stays ahead of industry trends, working with tools and solutions that make a real difference for our clients. Beyond technology, we pride ourselves on going the extra mile to understand each client’s business, industry, and goals, building relationships that make a lasting impact.
Kreischer Miller is one of the Mid-Atlantic's most respected independent accounting and advisory firms, and our Technology Solutions Group is growing! We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant who can do what most can't: speak fluently to both the business and the system.
This isn't a help desk role or a pure developer seat. It's a client-facing advisory position for someone who genuinely enjoys understanding how a business works, diagnosing where it breaks, and configuring technology to fix it. If you're the person clients call when things get complicated, and you like it that way, keep reading.
What You'll Do• Work directly with mid-market clients to understand their operations, document their processes, and translate real-world business needs into Dynamics 365 BC configurations and solutions• Lead and support full-cycle BC engagements: requirements, configuration, training, go-live, and ongoing advisory• Serve as a trusted resource to clients post-implementation; not just a one-time fixer, but a long-term advisor• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted tools within the Power Platform and M365 ecosystem to help clients work smarter, and help us deliver better• Contribute to internal capability building as we expand our AI and automation practice
What We're Looking For• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV with a clear BC trajectory)• Solid grasp of core accounting and financial operations. You don't need to be a CPA, but you need to understand how the numbers flow.• Familiarity with the broader Microsoft stack: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and M365• Exposure to or genuine curiosity about Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted workflows; this is a growth area and we want someone who leans in, not someone who waits to be told• Strong communicator who can run a client meeting, write a clear process doc, and explain a technical decision to a CFO without losing them• Consulting mindset: organized, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of managing multiple clients without dropping threads• BC certification (or active pursuit of it) preferred
Why This RoleKreischer Miller has been building trust with mid-market companies in the Greater Philadelphia region for more than 50 years. Our Technology Solutions Group is in a growth phase, which means this role has real runway. You won't be buried in a large consulting firm hierarchy. You'll work closely with senior advisors, get exposure across industries, and build fulfilling client relationships that last.
Hybrid schedule, minimal travel (most clients are local). Must live within driving distance of Horsham, PA. Strong CPE and certification support, and a firm that takes professional development seriously. If you want to do meaningful work and grow into a role that evolves as the technology does, this opportunity is worth exploring!
