Meta Ads Media Buyer - Build Our Paid Social Channel From Scratch

We are Alba Talent (albatalent.io). We run cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach for B2B clients. We have never run Meta or Facebook ads before. This is a real, from-zero build, and you would own it end to end. If it works, it becomes one of our main lead channels, and your role and budget grow with your results.
Your daily tasks:
1. Set up our first Meta Ads account and pixel.
2. Build our first audiences and campaigns from scratch.
3. Test, optimize, and report results every week.
4. Manage budget carefully and report real numbers: cost per lead, results, spend.
What we need from you:

• Real experience running Meta Ads for a B2B, service-based business: one business selling to another, like agencies, contractors, consultants, or professional services. This is a hard requirement. E-commerce, Shopify, or direct-to-consumer product ads do not count for this role, even with strong results, since the buying process and metrics are completely different from what we need.
• Real experience building a Meta Ads account from zero, not just optimizing an account someone else built. You can explain your real starting budget and real cost-per-lead from a self-built account.
• Comfortable working with a new brand with no ad history.

Pay: $6-10 per hour to start. The strongest applications start at the top of that range. This is a 30-day paid trial. After 30 days, if you meet the goals below, pay moves to $9-12 per hour.
What gets you to $9-12 per hour:
A clean 30-day trial. This means: get your first campaign live within 2 weeks. Hit the cost-per-lead target we agree on together before you start. Send clean weekly reports, every week. Do this and your pay goes up.
How to apply:
Start your message with the word TRIDENT. This shows me you read the whole post.
Then answer two questions:
1. Tell us about a Meta Ads account you built completely from scratch for a B2B, service-based business, not e-commerce or DTC. What was your real starting budget, and what was your real cost-per-lead? If your only from-scratch experience is e-commerce or DTC, please say so directly rather than skip this question.
2. How do you approach the first 30 days of a brand-new ad account with no data yet?
